The Role:

» Working within the communications department we are looking for a senior designer to become an integral member of our team, supporting in the development of our print and digital marketing communications in the UK and a broad spectrum

of work for our global projects. We are a small team so you must be eager to contribute at all levels,

and all tasks

» To look after and implement the Greenergy brand, and other company owned brands in accordance with the guidelines, across different mediums and disciplines throughout the business

» Undertaking projects from concept, design development and production

» Design for print

- annual reports, brochures, retail advertisements, and marketing literature

» Digital design

- internal communications, retail promotions and marketing, internal communications

» Exhibition design, stands and promotions

» Business development presentations

» Creation of graphic assets, infographics, maps and graphs.

» Website design, development and maintenance

Experience and skills

» A designer with at least 10 years in-house and/or design agency experience. Possessing

a passion and understanding of branding and design principles

» Primarily a branding person who can apply the Greenergy brand and those of other associate companies intelligently and consistently, with the ability to develop them and take them forward.

» A hands-on creative with experience working a cross both print and digital design.

» Creative flair, originality, and a keen eye for design and layout. Excellent creative and conceptual design skills. Exceptional typographic skills, strong attention to detail.

» The ability to deliver outstanding work

» Interest in corporate photography

» Interest in video and working with external suppliers (story boarding, direction, and editing)

» Interest in social media

» Good organisational skills, ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

» Fully competent in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat pro

» Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, and Word, and Excel for graphs and data

» An understanding of HTML coding

» Experience of working with CMS platforms

» Experience of working with Wordpress

» Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint,

» Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent

» Business-savvy – quick to understand what we need as a business

» Technically minded with problem solving skills

» Highly motivated, willing to learn and develop in the role

» Ability to take ownership of projects

» Highly organised, able to prioritise your own work schedule and work to tight deadlines

» Ability to work independently, and to work with and support other team members as required

» The ability to develop strong working relationships with the creative team and key stakeholders

» You will have excellent interpersonal skills

» Most importantly friendly, happy, professional and approachable
